肝癌发生中RTN4C基因突变研究(英文)

The study on mutation of RTN4C gene in the hepatocarcinogenesis

为研究肝癌发生过程中RTN4C基因突变 ,利用直接序列分析、PCR -SSCP等研究了肝癌(HCC)中RTN4C突变与杂合性缺失 (LOH)。HCC中 ,RTN4CP突变为 6 2 9%,LOH为 6 8 4 %。 90 %LOH的肝癌中RTN4C发生突变。RTN4C突变相关的肝癌发生中LOH起重要作用。

To investigate the mechanisms of mutation of RTN4C gene in the formation of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). RTN4C mutation accompanied by loss of heterozygosity(LOH)were studied using direct sequence analysis, PCR-SSCR. RTN4C mutations were detected in 62.9%, LOH detected in 68.4% among the HCC patients. Mutations of RTN4C were accompanied by LOH in 90%. LOH might play an important role in hepatocarcinogenesis of RTN4C mutation.
