平阳霉素治疗血管瘤的临床研究

Study of hemangioma treatment with Pingyangmycinum

目的 研究平阳霉素治疗血管瘤的效果。方法 用平阳霉素按病变的部位、大小、类型、病人的年龄等选用不同的剂量、浓度进行注射治疗。注射后用中央空的环形纱布卷压迫病变四周 ,使药物在血管瘤内充分作用 ,时间半小时 ,一次未愈者 ,间隔 7～ 15天可多次重复。结果 92 8例患者中 ,特效 2 48人 ,占 2 6 .7%;显效 6 16人 ,占 6 6 .4%;有效 5 2人 ,占 5 .6 %;无效 12人 ,占 1.3%;有效率 98.7%。随访 6个月～ 4年 ,复发 12例。结论 平阳霉素是治疗单纯海绵状血管瘤效果最为理想的药物。单纯型和混合型血管瘤有皮肤表现者有同样的效果但应注意方法及护理 ,避免发生表皮溃烂等并发症。

Objective To study the treating method for hemangioma. Methods Inject Pingyangmycinum with different dose, consistency according to the position, size, type and the age of the patient. After injection, press hemangiom’s round with hollow circuit gauze for half hour to make the medicine acting in hemangioma. If it was not cured once, it can be conducted for several times after 7～15 days. Results 928 cases were treated about 248 cases were CR,(26.7%), 616 cases were PR,(66.4%), 52 cases were MR(5.5%),Twelve cases were NR(1.3%). Effect rate was 98.7%. 12 cases relapsed after 6 months to 4 years. Conclusion Pingyangmycinum is the best medicine to cure hemangioma of pure sponges's type.It should pay attention to treating method and nursing for the patients with pure hemangioma and commix hemangioma to avoid leading to complication, such as skin fester.
