摘要
利用紫外分光光度法研究了豆腐柴根提取物对大鼠炎性组织前列腺素E2 (PGE2 )含量的影响。结果表明 ,豆腐柴根提取物均能抑制SD大鼠炎性组织中PGE2 的产生 ,且作用均较醋酸可的松药液组明显 ,其中 4 8mg·kg-1
The effect of premna microphylla turcz root extration on the content of prostaglandin E 2 in the inflammatory tissue of the test SD rats was investigated by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method. The results showed that premna microphylla turcz root extration can inhibit the PGE 2 formation in the inflammatory tissue of the test SD rats obviously, and the anti inflammatory effect of premna microphylla turcz root extration is notable than cortisone acetate medicine, specially the 48 mg·kg -1 content.
