摘要
目的 了解护生在实习早期的需求 ,并及时进行信息反馈 ,以缩短教学双方的认知差距 ,为进行临床护理教学和改革提供依据。方法 在实习早期 ,采用自行设计的调查表对 76名护生、87名带教老师进行问卷调查。问卷内容包括 7个方面 (共 35个项目 )。结果 实习早期 ,护生的需求是全方位的 ,她们不但追求获取知识 ,更追求爱与归属、尊重及自我实现需要的满足 ;带教老师与护生对需求认知程度有很大部分是相近的 ;但在实现个人价值 ,组织各种文体活动 ,对学科新进展、先进医疗仪器的注重程度及带教老师的资历认知上存在着一定的差异 ,经统计学分析 ,P <0 .0 0 1,差异具有统计学意义。结论 实习早期 ,护生的需求不但追求获取知识 ,更追求爱与归属、尊重及自我实现需要的满足 ,作为临床带教老师 ,要充分重视护生的需求 ,在带教过程中对护生耐心指导 ,以自己丰富的学识、认真负责的精神、关心体贴的态度去教育、感染护生 ,使护生在获取知识和技能的同时 ,得到爱护、尊重和理解 。
Objective To find out the nursing students' demand in the early stage of practice, get the feedback in time, and serve for the clinical nursing teaching and reform.Methods The questionnaires were distributed to 76 nursing students and 87 instructors in the early stage of practice. There were 7 factors (35 items) in the questionnaire.Results In the early stage of practice, nursing students' demand is omnidirectional. They not only seek to obtain knowledge, but also seek the satisfied feeling of love, belongingness, respect and self realization. The cognition of demand between nursing students and their instructors are different in five aspects: self realization, organizing activities, emphasis on the development of subjects and demand on instructors ( P <0.01).Conclusion Clinical instructors should pay attention to the demands of nursing students.
