分析了我国普通高校体育教师素质的现状 ,论述了加入WTO后 ,优秀的高校体育教师应具备的素质 ,并提出了提高我国普通高校体育教师素质的建议。

This paper analyzes the present situation of the qualities of the Chinese college P.E. masters and discusses qualities elite P.E. masters should possess after Chinas entry to WTO. Suggestions are made as to the promotion of the qualities of the P.E. masters.
