足球操在足球教学准备活动中运用的实验研究

A study of football exercises in the warm-up activities of soccer teaching

借鉴动作技能迁移规律 ,遵循体操创编原则和足球运动特点编制足球操 ,将其运用于足球教学的准备活动中 ,对常规足球准备活动进行了适宜的改革。实验结果表明 :足球操有助于学生动作技术的形成 ,有利于提高教学质量 。

Motor skill transfer laws were used and principles of compiling gymnastics were followed in compiling football exercises that could be applied in the warm up activities of soccer teaching. Regular soccer warm ups were changed. The results showed that football exercises were good for forming the students technical movements and promoting the teaching quality.
