摘要
源于西方的期权激励模式自20世纪90年代被引进我国后 ,在大中型企业中得到广泛应用 ,并取得一定成果。本文拟从期权的特征出发 ,结合我国医院的产权制度。
Expected stock system introduced from the western in 1990s was applied in many large and middle corporations. Analyzing the characteristics of expected stock system and the practice of hospital property system, reviewing current motivation system in the hospital and market condition for carrying out expected stock system, the paper discussed the application of expected stock system in hospital management.
