Mianhuan sport is a low-intensity one needing relative long time which basic characteristic is soft.10ng and slow. It's a sport with moderate burden which includes leading movements, Taiji, dancing and Wushu. Their remarkable exercising effect originates from deep oriental philosophy, psychology, life science and whole technical system and methods.
