高校实施俱乐部型体育教学的现状与对策

通过调查与分析高校实施俱乐部型体育教学的现状,提出了改革对策:一是要建立一支适应现代体育教学师资队伍,二是要健全与加强体育教学俱乐部组织管理,三是要以“健康教育”为主,增设“健康”教学内容,四是要以学生为主体,让学生自由选择项目、上课时间和任课教师,五是要充分引导学生进行健康的自我投资。

This paper first presents a survey of the current situation of the club model of college physical education. Then by analyzing the model, the writer makes some suggestions. Firstly, the teaching faculty should learn to adapt to the modern physical education. Secondly, we should amplify the administration of physical education club. Thirdly, health education should be the main focus. Fourthly, teaching should be student agent, which allows students choose freely the study item, the learning schedule and the teacher. Finally, students should be guided to do self-investment in health.
