摘要
目的 观察杏丁注射液对冠心病的疗效。方法 治疗组在常规治疗的基础上静滴杏丁注射液,并与常规组(对照组)对比。结果 治疗组临床疗效和心电图、心功能明显改善,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。治疗组血压、心率与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 杏丁注射液对冠心病有明显的治疗作用,且无毒副作用。安全有效,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the curative effctive of Xingding Injection in treating coronary heart disease. Methods Intravenous drip of Xingding Injection was given to the treated group besides the routing treatment,and a comparison was made between the treated group and the control group. Results A significant improvement in clinical effective , ECG and cardiac function was shown out by the treated group.There existed a clear difference in the comparison between the two groups(P < 0.05) ,while the blood pressure and heart beat rate of the treated group showde out no obvious difference from that of the control group ( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Xingding Injection has a significant curative effect in treating coronary heart disease,and it produces no atoxic side effect.It can be safely used in clinic.
