试论我国农业科技成果转化的问题和对策

Problems and countermeasures in achievement translation of agricultural science research in China

农业科技成果转化具有长周期性、复杂性、选择性、市场性特点。当前我国存在着成果本身质量不高、成果采用者科技意识不够强和成果推广体系不健全、运行机制不灵活等问题。必须通过改革农业科技体制 ,加强农业科研管理 ;提高农民科学文化水平 ,完善农业推广运行机制 ;提高农业推广人员素质 ,以加快农业科技成果转化。

Achievement translation of agricultural S & T characterizes with long cycle, complexity and being selected by market. The problems are concentrated: lower quality of the achievements, the achievements' utilizers being short of relevant knowledge and lack of a perfect system for the extension. Reforming agricultural S & T system, strengthening the agricultural sciences research management, raising the utilizers' scientific level, and improving the extension system should be done to improve the present situations.
