白茶树菇菌丝分离及菌种配方试验

Isolation of white tea mushroom hyphae and testing for medium of the culture

以白茶树菇的子实体作为分离材料 ,取子实体菌柄与菌盖交界处的组织分别接入不同配方的培养基上进行分离培养试验 ,获得试管母种 ,并将母种扩大培养成再生母种 ,经 2代母种扩转 ,在 、 、 、 号母种培养基上菌丝生长良好 ,并通过栽培试验 ,该菌株生物性状稳定 ,无退化、变异现象。

The tissue from the part linking the top with the stipe of white tea mushroom body, were cultured respectively on various mediums for segregation. The strain of the mushroom came to regenerative strain after reproduction of two generations. The ropes developed well on mediums of II, IV, V, and VI. The characters of the strain were stabile without degeneration and heteromorphosis.
