摘要
在一侧进气道设置有涡流控制阀 (SCV)的四气门单缸实验发动机上 ,利用自行开发的电控稀燃系统 ,对该分层稀燃发动机空燃比对排放和油耗的影响进行了研究。实验结果表明 ,混合气空燃比的精确控制对分层稀燃发动机的燃烧有重要意义 ;增加火焰的传播速度 ,抑制高空燃比下 HC的生成 。
In this paper, a single cylinder and four valve stratification charge lean burn gasoline engine, in that a swirl control valve (SCV) was set in an intake port of dual intake port and produced swirl motion, based on a self developed electric control lean burn system was studied. The effect of air fuel ratio for fuel consume and emissions of the four valve stratification charge lean burn gasoline engine was investigated. The result shows that an accurate control of air fuel ratio has an important significance for combustion process of stratification charge lean burn gasoline engine, and it can increase speed of flame transmit and reduce HC on the high air fuel ratio, which are keys to improve fuel economy and reduce emissions.
