摘要 椭圆齿轮行星系分插机构是高速水稻插秧机的一种旋转式分插机构 ,其秧针尖的运动轨迹和姿态决定了插秧机的工作性能。根据该机构运动分析所建立的数学模型 ,在 VB 6 .0上编写了人机对话分析软件。该软件能够根据机构参数的变化实时地显示秧针尖的轨迹、姿态和行星轮轴心的轨迹以及这些轨迹与秧苗的位置关系 ,并输出计算结果。然后根据优化目标 ,利用该软件可以找到多组能满足机构运动要求的参数。最后用 Transplanting mechanism with planetary elliptic gears is one kind rotary transplanting mechanism which is assembled on the high speed transplanter, it is the main part of a transplanter, and the trail and pose of its needles to take seedlings determines its performance. According to its mathematical models, an analytical software was programmed by VB 6 0. This software has good human computer interactions in collaboration. The software can realtimely show the trail and pose of the needles, and the trail of planetary gear shafts and the relative position between these trails and seedlings, at the same time the results are put out in the light of the variation of mechanism parameters. Then, by the target of optimization, many group parameters which can satisfy the quest of transplanting can be found by the software. At last, the best group parameters can be easily found by SAS software.
