摘要 为研究汽车轮胎高速滚动温度分布及爆胎机理 ,研制了由高速轮胎转鼓试验台、Mikron M90 B型红外测温仪及红外测温仪夹具等组成的高速滚动轮胎单向实时红外测温系统 ,并用于某中型载货汽车轮胎的滚动测温试验。研究表明所研制的红外测温系统不用接触轮胎表面就能快速准确地测试出其表面温度分布。 In this paper, a real time infrared measurement system for temperature of a high rolling tire was developed to investigate temperature distribution and explosive mechanism of a high rolling automobile tire. The system consists of a high rolling tire test board, a Mikron M90B infrared thermometer and its clamp, which can measure one directional temperature at a time. The surface temperature of a tire used in a medium type truck is measured with it. The result shows that the infrared temperature measurement system can measure surface temperature of a rolling automobile tire without contacting the surface of tire quickly and is an ideal method for measuring surface temperature of a rolling tire.
