咪唑类抗真菌药物与其他药物的相互作用 被引量：7

摘要 近年来,人类真菌感染的发生率呈一定的上升趋势,除一些慢性病(如糖尿病)、免疫功能低下和获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS) 患者等具有较高的感染率外,抗菌药物的不合理应用,也导致了继发性真菌感染机会的增多.而且在抗真菌治疗的同时不可避免地出现2种以上药物的联合应用,因此为了患者用药的安全和有效, 抗真菌药物和其他药物之间的相互作用不得不引起高度重视.
