摘要
实验合成不同摩尔比的天冬氨酸、氨基丁酸共聚物 (PAA ) ,其摩尔比分别为 9∶ 1、8∶ 2、7∶ 3、6∶ 4、5∶ 5。用核磁共振 1 HNMR、1 3CNMR、DSC差热分析和凝胶色谱等方法对材料作了表征 ,实验结果表明共聚材料结构明确并有较好的规律性。对共聚材料作了急性毒性和皮肤过敏性实验 ,结果显示该材料为低毒性材料 ,且致敏性较小。用 p H7.4的磷酸盐缓冲溶液、木瓜蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶缓冲液等对材料进行了体外降解实验 ,结果表明该系列材料在体外有一定的降解性。
For the purpose of increasing the hydrophilicity of poly aspartic acid, a series of polymer of L-aspartic acid and 4-aminobutanoic acid with different ratios (mol/mol) were prepared. The copolymers were characterized by 13 CNMR,DSC and x-ray. They confirmed the structures of the polymers. In-vitro tests of release at phosphate buffer saline, enzyme solution of trypsin and papain ( 37.0℃, pH=7.4) were carried out. The result indicated that the polymers could be degraded in some degree ,and that 4-aminobutanoic acid segments accelerated the degradation rate of the polymers. Skin irritation test and systemic acute toxicity test were carried out, which showed that the polymer was a nontoxic biomedical material.
