摘要
本文就过去大约二十年来土壤速效氮磷钾的测定方法的进展做一综述。主要进展表现在硝态氮测定中水杨酸法、试纸法、氮测定中梅森瓶法、磷测定中孔雀绿法的应用及依据不同原理的流动分析方法等方面。
Test for readily available soil nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is the most important sector of soil analysis. Compared with other branches of soil science, soil analysis has fewer personnel and publications in China. We reviewed the progress in soil analysis for readily available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium made in the last 20 years, such as the application of salicylic acid and test strip for nitrate analysis, Mason Jar for nitrogen analysis , malachite green for phosphorus analysis, and flow analysis for different element based on different reactions.
