摘要
对小孢子培养的意义、影响蔬菜作物游离小孢子胚状体发生的各种因子以及蔬菜作物游离小孢子培养的主要技术进行了综述。
To make use of the cultivated technology of dissociative microspores to practise in vegetable breeding better, the paper summarizes the significance of microspores cultivation, all kinds of factors that influence the occurrence of dissociative microspores'embryoid and primary cultivated technology of vegetable dissociative microspores, and analyses the existing problems that the technology is applied to domestic vegetables.
