Building RTVU Network Study Environment

建设并用好网络学习环境是中央电大实施“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”的重要任务之一。本文提出的“要建设并完善各地电大的现代化基础设施,保证多媒体教学资源和信息的及时传输、加工和使用;要编制和提供适用的多种媒体的教学资源;要加强和作好远程学习全过程的学习支持服务”三条原则,无疑对电大和远程开放教育构建网络学习环境有着积极的指导意义。

Building and taking advantage of network study environment is one of the important tasks for Center Radio& Television University (CRTVU) to enforce reforming on intelligent cultivation mode and the pilot program of open education. The article presents three principles: building modern facilities in Radio& Television University (RTVU) to guarantee multi-media teaching resource& information transferred, processed and applied in time; editing and providing useful multi-media teaching resources; strengthening study supporting service for distant education. The principles play an effective guidance role in building network study environment for RTVU and distant open education.
