摘要
本文根据四川电大在“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”前及试点进行中(2000年10月-2002年3月)现代信息技术和教育技术的运用及进展的调查结果,进行了综合分析,并提出了搞好开放教育、促进电大发展的建议。
Based on the practice of Sichuan Radio& Television University (SCRTVU), the article analyses the research fruits of the application and development of modern information technology and educational technology before and during the reforming on intelligent cultivation mode and the pilot program of open education (from October, 2000 to March, 2002), thus presents suggestions on doing well with open education and on promoting the development of RTVU.
