摘要
将自抗扰控制器(ADRC)应用到火电站球磨机制粉系统中,较好地解决了该系统强耦合、大迟延的控制难点。在耦合回路上与反标架正规化(RFN)方法进行比较,在具有延迟特性的回路上与SMITH预估补偿方法进行比较。仿真结果显示,ADRC在相应回路上的控制品质与这两种方法相当,并且对模型的不确定性和各种外扰具有更强的适应性和鲁棒性。ADRC在球磨机制粉系统上的应用,可以提高该系统的控制品质。
An automatic disturbance rejection controller (ADRC) was used in a power plant ball mill to control instabilities due to the strong coupling and the large time delay. A numerical simulation was used to compare the ADRC with the reservedframe normalization method in the coupling loops and the SMITH predictive compensation method in the timedelay loop. The results demonstrated that the ADRC control performance was similar to a combination of the other two methods but that ADRC was more robust with model uncertainties and disturbances. Therefore, the ADRC will improve control of a ball mill.
