三种转基因抗虫工程菌对棉铃虫的药效研究

Pesticide Effects of Three Bt-transgenic Bacteria on Helicoverpa armiqera (Hubner)

通过对由中国农业大学提供的PT45,PT61,WH-1这3种转基因抗虫工程菌发酵液对棉铃虫的药效研究,结果表明:PT45,PT61,WH-1三种菌种对棉铃虫幼虫具有较好的毒杀和忌避作用。其中PT45杀虫效果较好,WH-1的杀虫效果较差。3种菌对棉铃虫幼虫的生长发育都有明显的抑制作用。

By fermented liquid offered by China Agricultural University, the pesticide effects of Bttransgenic bacteria, PT45, PT61and WH-1 were studied. The results showed that all three Bttransgenic bacteria possessed strong pesticidal and repellent properties on Helicoverpa armiqera (Hubner), among which PT45 was the best, and WH-1 was the worst. The three Bttransgenic bacteria had obviously growth regulatory effects. 
