摘要
随着信息管理向知识管理的发展 ,农业科学研究单位应采用什么样的知识管理模式已成为管理者的一项重要研究课题。本文介绍了国外知识管理与系统建设的发展状况 ,论述了知识管理对促进农业知识的高效利用 ,共享与促进科技创新的作用。根据近年来国外知识管理的实践活动 ,重点讨论了两种不同的知识管理模式 :即编码管理模式和人性化管理模式。最后根据农业科学研究的行业特点提出了中国农业知识管理模式选择的建议。
The paper introduced the development status of knowledge management (KM) and the system construction, and discussed the role of knowledge management in promoting the highly use, sharing of knowledge and the innovation of science and technology in agriculture. Based on the practice activities of knowledge management abroad recently, two kinds of knowledge management models were discussed. At last, the paper put forward some recommendation for the selection of agricultural knowledge management model in China.
