HPLC法测定复方妥布霉素滴眼液中地塞米松磷酸钠

Determination of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate of Compound Tobramycin Eye Dro ps by HPLC

建立测定复方妥布霉素滴眼液中地塞米松磷酸钠含量的高效液相色谱法,采用ODS柱(4 0mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇＿0 34%磷酸二氢钾溶液(体积比为60∶40)为流动相,检测波长为240nm。结果表明,线性范围为8～80μg·mL-1,平均回收率为100 65%,RSD为1 21%。可见本法简便、快捷、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

To establish a method for determining dexamethasone sodium phosphate i n compound tobramycin eye drops by HPLC,a column Hypersil ODS(40 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was selected and the mobile phase composed of methanol_034% potassium dihydrogen phosphated buffer solution(60∶40) was used.The detection wavelength was 240 nm. The calibration curve was linear within the concentration range of 8～80 μg·mL-1. The average recovery of dexamethasone sodium phosphate was 10065% with RSD 121%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
