摘要
为探讨荔枝微波干燥新技术,利用自制的微波干燥试验测试系统,进行了较系统的荔枝微波干燥试验。测试分析了荔枝微波干燥的失水特性,找出了干燥过程中荔枝果肉内部温度的分布规律;分析了干燥条件对干燥过程的影响;并确定了荔枝微波薄层干燥的数学模型。
In order to probe into the technology of microwave drying for litchi,the experiment of microwave drying was ar-ranged in a microwave drying and testing device developed by ourselves.Dehydration characteristic of litchi by microwave dry-ing was determined and analyzed.Temperature distributing of litchi inside in drying processing was found out,the effect of dry-ing conditions on drying processing was analyzed,and the math-ematical model of microwave drying for monolayer litchi was giv-en in this paper.
