丹参原料原儿茶醛含量内控标准的方法研究

Determining Protocatechuic Aldehyde of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge. By HPLC

目的 :建立丹参原料原儿茶醛含量HPLC测定方法。方法 :色谱柱为VP -ODS分析柱 (15 0mm×4 6mm ,5m) ;甲醇 :0 3%冰乙酸 (80∶2 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 80nm ,流速为 1m/min-1,柱温为 40℃ ,结果与结论 :线性范围为 0 0 0 2～ 0 0 4mg·ml-1,r=0 9996 ,RSD =4 3%(n =6 ) ,原儿茶醛含量测得平均回收率为 98 2 1%。

Objective: To establish a method for determination of protocatechuic aldehyde by HPLC. Method: The HPLC system consisted of VP-ODS column(150mm×4.6mm, 5m),Methyl alcohol -0.3% glacial acetic acid(80:20)mixture as mobile phase, with detection at 280nm,flow rate 1ml/min, and column temperature at 40℃. Result and Conclusion: The calibration curve linear(r=0.9996), the mean recovery was 98.21%, the precision RSD was 4.3%(n=6).
