珍珠口疮冲剂治疗复发性口疮溃疡的Ⅱ期临床研究

Clinical Study Ⅱ of ZHENZHU KOUCHUANG Granules for Recurrent Aphtha Ulcer

为验证珍珠口疮冲剂的疗效 ,采用随机分组进行观察 ,治疗组总有效率为 93 .3 3 % ,与对照组比较 ,有显著性差异 ,疗效优于对照组 ,且未见明显不良反应与毒副作用 ,说明珍珠口疮冲剂治疗复发性口腔溃疡是安全有效的。

To verify the therapeutic effects of ZHENZHU KOUCHUANG granules,120 cases were randomly divided into observation group(G1) and control group(G2).The results showed that the total efficient rate in G1 was 93.33%,superior to G2;there were not obviously toxic and side effects in G1.It indicates that the granules are secure and effective on recurrent aphtha ulcer.
