小建中汤与理中汤刍议

Tentative Discussion on Difference Between XIAOJIANZHONG and LIZHONG Decoctions

分析《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中的小建中汤与理中汤的药物功效及所对应的条文 ,比较小建中汤和理中汤在用药、病机、证候上的不同 ,揭示了脾气包括脾阴和脾阳的理论内涵 ,脾气虚偏于阴虚出现热象者 ,用小建中汤 ;偏于阳虚出现寒象者 ,用理中汤。

To analyze the medicinal effects and the related explanation of XIAOJIANZHONG {and} LIZHONG decoctions in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Golden Chamber,the differences between the two decoctions on clinical application,mechanism and signs were compared.It indicates that spleen QI means spleen YIN and spleen YANG,and XIAOJIANZHONG decoction is used in heat syndrome of YIN-deficiency-tendency of spleen-QI-deficiency while LIZHONG decoction in cold syndrome of YANG-deficiency-tendency.
