急性胰腺炎大鼠胰腺各部血流的改变 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨急性胰腺炎模型大鼠胰腺各部分血流量的变化。方法 急性胰腺炎模型建立后 ,利用激光多普勒血流仪测定大鼠胰头、胰体、胰尾各部的血流量、血细胞浓度和血液流速。结果 急性胰腺炎时大鼠胰腺各部的血流量、血液流速与对照组相比均明显降低 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 1~ 0 .0 5 ) ,但胰腺各部之间差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 急性胰腺炎时胰腺各部血流明显减少。 Objective To study the changes of blood flow of the head, body and tail of pancreas in acute pancreatitis(AP)rats. Methods After the AP model in the rat was set up,the volume of blood, concentration of blood cell and velocity of the blood of flow in the head, body and tail of the pancreas were determined by using Laser Doppler Flowmeter. Result In AP rats,the voume of blood and the velocity of the blood of flow in the 3 part of AP rats pancreas were reduced obviously compared with control group( P <0.01, P <0.01~0.05);but there were no significant difference in the 3 parameters between the 3 parts of pancreas. Conclusions The volume of blood flow in the head,body and tail of pancreas in the AP rat decreases obviously.
