Advances and current statue of the diagnosis and treatment of the pancreatic cancer
摘要
复习相关文献 ,讨论各种检查方法在胰腺癌诊断中的应用特点和诊断率。检查时应注意各种方法的综合应用 ,如果仍不能明确诊断时应考虑手术探查。手术是目前胰腺癌主要的治疗方法。手术时应注意对胰腺癌切除术式和消化道重建术式的选择 ,并注意对并发症的预防和处理。
