摘要
针对泡沫铝发泡过程的热力学条件进行了详细的讨论 .研究了用TiH2 作为发泡剂制备泡沫铝材过程中熔融铝中发泡剂的分解、氢气泡的产生、长大、稳定、消失等热力学过程 。
The thermodynamics conditions and analysis involved in the foaming processes such as decomposing of TiH 2, producing, growing up, breaking and stabilizing of H 2 bubbles are discussed in detail. The studied results can be used as the theoretical foundation for the foaming processing of foamed aluminum and hence the final foamed structure.
