摘要 在Hele -Shaw近似下采用有限元 /有限差分混合法求解粉末注射成型充填过程 ,有限元法处理中面离散 ,厚度方向使用有限差分 ,运用控制体积法追踪移动边界 ,压力方程和能量方程顺序求解 ,实现了充填过程的温度场、压力场和速度场的数值仿真 。 A FEM/FDM method is used to model the powder injection molding under the Hele-Shaw approximation while by using the control volume method dealing with the moving boundary, the mid-surface is discretized by FEM, and the thickness direction is discretized by finite difference. Then the pressure equation and the energy equation are solved sequentially to generate numerically valuable data for the simulation of temperature, pressure and velocity fields.
