活血化瘀注射液I号对大鼠脑微循环的影响

Effect of Huoxue Huayu I(HHI-I)on Cerebral Blood Flow of rats

[目的]测定活血化瘀注射液I号 (HHI -I)静脉输入对大鼠软脑膜及脑实质微循环的影响。[方法]健康Ⅱ级Wistar大鼠40只 ,分为4组 ,每组10只。实验时将大鼠以10%乌拉坦腹腔注射麻醉(0.01mL/g体质量 ) ,头顶部矢状缝两侧钻孔后分别置入激光多普勒微循环电极 ,测定软脑膜及脑实质血流。血流稳定后于各组分别输入静脉生理盐水(对照组 )和低、中、高剂量HHI-I(1.5 %,3%及6%,2mL/h)。观察两部位微循环血流变化1h。[结果]生理盐水无影响 ,3种剂量HHI-I均可增加两部血流 ,以高剂量作用最明显。

To observe the effect of Huoxue Huayu I(HHI_I)on the cerebral blood flow in rats. Forty healthy Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups randomly. Measure microcirculation both in brain pial and parenchyma with Laser Doppler Flowmetry(LDF). Intravenous infusion of saline had no effect on blood flow in both sites. Infusion of HHI_I ,however, could markedly increase microcirculation in these two sites with the most obvious effect of high dosage of HHI_I. [Conclusion] HHI_I can significantly improve brain microcirculation of rats.
