摘要 [目的]研究快速老化SAMP10小鼠脑细胞端粒的增龄性变化。[方法]以快速老化模型小白鼠SAMP10为脑老化动物模型 ,采用Southern杂交方法 ,测定了不同月龄SAMR1和SAMP10小鼠脑细胞端粒的变化情况。[结果]SAM的细胞端粒长度在17~25kb之间 ,SAMP10小鼠脑细胞端粒具有随增龄而减少的趋势。[结论]从SAMR1和SAMP10小鼠脑细胞端粒的变化来看 。 To study the age_related changes in telomere of brain cell of mice with brain aging animal. SAMP10 was taken as as brain aging animal model. The Southern hybridization was used to measure the changes in telmere of brain cell in different month_age between SAMR1 and SAMP10. The length of telomere in SAM was 17~25 kb and there was a decreasing trend in brain cell telomere of SAMP 10 while aging. [Conclusion]The contraction of cell telomere has a marked correlation to senile.
