通关泄浊灌肠方对降低CRF患者血液透析频率临床观察

Clinical research about the effect of Tong Guan Xie Zhuo Enema Prescription on reducing the blood dialysis frequency in 35 cases of CRF patients

[目的]观察通关泄浊灌肠方对慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)常规血液透析患者透析频率的影响。[方法]65例慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症期患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组35例在常规血液透析基础上予通关泄浊灌肠方保留灌肠 ,隔日1次 ;对照组30例单纯血液透析治疗 ,两周检验1次血肌酐 ,以血肌酐维持在600～700μmol/L为标准 ,调整透析次数。[结果]治疗组用药1个月以后 ,患者月平均透析次数明显减少 ,用药4个月以后 ,月平均透析次数维持在较稳定的水平 ,对照组月平均透析次数无明显变化 ,两组比较有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。

To observe the effect of Tong Guan Xie Zhuo Enema Prescription on blood dialysis frequency in CRF patients. Sixty_five cases of CRF patients with uremia are divided two groups randomly.Thirty_five case are the remedy group, are treated with Tong Guan Xie Zhuo Enema Prescription based on regular blood dialysis, one time every two days; 30 cases in the control group, are with blood dialysis, only. In these two groups' blood Cr. are tested every two weeks, and the criterion is the blood Cr. maintained between 600～700 μmol/L for adjusting the frequency of blood dialysis. The remedy group's blood dialysis frequency is less obviously than one month before. After four months, the blood dialysis frequency in one month is maintained on a stable level, however, the control group's blood dialysis frequency has little change. There is obvious difference between these two groups (P<0.01). [Conclusion] Tong Guan Xie Zhuo Enema Prescription can low the regular blood dialysis frequency obviously.
