摘要
太阳能电池的端电压随太阳光的强弱变化范围较大,对多数负载不能直接使用。该文提出了采用新型的无损耗吸收Cúk变换电路来实现太阳能电池稳压,通过限制反向恢复电流的di/dt和开关管关断电压的dv/dt来减小该变换电路的开关损耗和电磁干扰。分析了该无损吸收Cúk变换电路的工作原理,给出了变换电路参数设计方法,并采用该变换电路设计了一台直流1kW48V太阳能电池稳压器。试验结果表明,满载时该稳压器效率高达87.4%。文中也给出了采用同样吸收电路的Sepic变换电路。
Solar cells cannot be used with most loads because of the voltage variation with the light intensity. A Cúk converter with passive lossless snubbers was developed for voltage regulation of solar cells. Switching losses and electron magnetic impluse (EMI) noises were reduced by suppressing the dv/dt of the turnoff voltage and di/dt of the reverse recovery current. The operating principle and the parameter design method are presented. A 1 kW DC 48 V solar cell requlator using the Cúk converter has an efficiency of 88% at full load. A sepic converter employing the same lossless snubbers was also designed.
