摘要
计算机集成制造(CIM)系统是一个复杂的大系统,其实施过程中存在着很多不确定的因素,使CIM项目投资存在着巨大的风险。针对CIM项目实施投资大、风险高、回收期长的特点,该文对CIM实施带来的效益和存在的风险因素进行了详细的分析,并在此基础上建立了全面考虑企业战略效益、无形效益和各种风险的综合评价指标体系,提出了基于AHP(层次分析)法的CIM系统综合评价方法。
Computer integrated manufacturing (CIM) systems are very large and complex systems with many uncertainties, which present serious risks to CIM implementation. However, CIM systems are good investments, ever though they have high risks and long payback times. An index system was developed to evaluate CIM systems based on the system characteristics, including the strategic and intangible benefits and risks. An evaluation method was then developed using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method.
