摘要
介绍了 3 60°反馈评价的概念、特点及其在企业管理中发挥的作用 ,分析了 3 60°绩效反馈计划在国际企业界兴起并很快普及的原因 ,同时提出了在绩效反馈中应注意的问题。
In this paper the conception, characteristics of 360 degree performance feedback in its roles in enterprise management are introduced in this paper as well as its rise and development reasons in international enterprises. In the end the matters needing attention in performance feedback are discussed.
