摘要
结合国内外物业管理的先进经验 ,对大同市物业管理的现状进行分析 ,并提出建议 ,以改变企业运行机制 ,确立品牌战略做强物管企业 ,使物管可持续发展。
Combined with advanced real estate management experiences in this paper the present real estate management situations of Datong City are analyzed; at the same time some suggestions are proposed in order to improve operational mechanism and establish brand strategy to make sustainable development of real estate management.
