介绍了造价工程师在工程建设投资控制中的作用 ,阐述了造价工程师应具备的素质 ,指出采用限额设计 ,强化合同管理是控制工程建设投资的重要保证。
The roles of cost engineer in investment control in engineering construction are introduced as wall as due qualities of cost engineers. Author points out that applying cost limited design and intensifying contract management are foundational assurance of investment control for engineering construction.
