浅议工程项目招投标与政府采购制度

On public bidding of construction project and governmental purchase system

分析了招投标制度与政府采购制度的关系 ,介绍了建设工程集中采购制度推行和改革中的制约因素和管理内涵 ,提出中华人民共和国政府采购法的颁布实施是社会主义经济制度改革的必然。

This paper analyzes the relation between bidding system and governmental purchase system and according to central purchasing system of construction project the factors restricted its implementation and form is introduced. Author points out that the implementation of governmental purchase law is inevitable for reform of economic institution.
