摘要
结合工程量清单计价与定额计价法的概念 ,对此两种计价方式的区别作了分析 ,介绍了工程量清单计价这种新型计价方式的主导原则 ,指出工程量清单计价对完善工程造价改革起到了积极的作用。
Combined with the conceptions of engineering quantity list pricing and norm pricing method the differences between them are analyzed; at the same according to engineering quantity list pricing its leading principle is introduced. Author points out that this price model plays a active role in project construction cost innovation.
