压煮器是氧化铝生产的重要设备 ,通过对现场存在的焊接缺陷类型的总结、分析 ,介绍了压煮器管排发生缺陷的原因 ,并提出在焊接时改进质量控制的方法 ,经实践取得了很好的使用效果。

As one important equipment in alumina production in this paper based upon summary and analysis of welding defects its causing reasons are introduced for autoclave. Meanwhile, corresponding improvement measures are proposed for quality control and acquire good application effect.
