摘要 讨论了一些含磷化合物的化学结构对其作为齿轮油极压剂的性能的影响。试验说明化学活性很高的酸性亚磷酸酯有很好的极压抗磨性,但热氧化安定性、抗腐蚀性、防锈性不好;化学活性很低的中性磷酸酯、中性亚磷酸酯有很好的热氧化安定性、抗腐蚀性和防锈性,但极压抗磨性不好;而单硫代磷酸酯有较好的全面性能。 Phosphorated compound can be used as extreme-pressure agent for gear oil, the influence of its chemical structure on properties of gear oil was discussed. The test showed that, the acid phosphite with high chemical activity has excellent extreme-pressure anti-wear property but heat oxidation stability, anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties are poor; the neutral phosphate and phosphite with low chemical activity have good heat oxidation stability, anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties but extreme-pressure anti-wear property is bad; and the monothiophosphate is effective in overall properties.
