矿地与中心地的矛盾运动1.矿产资源开发导致大规模生产力聚集矿产资源的发现与开发,能吸引(拉动)生产要素的聚集,对生产力布局具有很大影响.矿产资源开发对产业布局及生产力聚集的影响主要有下面3种情况.

For a long time, there have been existing many problems related with mining cities, and also many new problems are arising with the deepening of reform: some new problems Arising during the economic restructuring of mining enterprises; some from overload of fund on social function (such as schools, hospitals, etc.) and tax; some from outstanding accounts on the aspects of safe production and environment reconstruction. Based on the Preliminary study on the mining cities, 4 development patterns are put forward:1. dominant resources should be extended or transformed into dominant industry, then into regional (mining cities) economic development;2. dominant resources should be complemented with other mining cities;3. dominant resources should be combinated.4. new dominant resources should be established.Furthermore, innovations in system, structure, technology and location are the basic choice of the development of mining cities.
