红花注射液对心脑血管病血液流变学的影响

Clinical Investigation on Effect of Honghua Injection on Blood Rheology of Patients Suffering from Cardio-cerebral Angiopathy

目的:观察红花注射液对缺血性心脑血管疾病患者血液流变学的影响。方法:将104例心脑血管疾病患者分为两组。治疗组76例,静脉点滴红花注射液,15mL/次,qd×15d。对照组28例,静脉点滴丹参注射液,10mL/次,qd×15d。观察两组疗效及治疗前后血液流变学指标的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为82.89%,对照组为85.71%。两组疗效经Ridit分析,无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗组和对照组血液流变学指标均有显著性改变(P<0.05或P<0.01),组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:红花注射液对缺血性心脑血管疾病患者的血液流变学指标有显著改善作用。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Honghua Injection on the blood rheology of patients suffering from ischemic cardio-cerebral argiopathy. Methods: 104 patients suffering from cardio-cerebral angiopathy were divided into the therapy group (76 cases) and the control group (28 cases). The therapy group was treated with Honghua Injection in a dose of 15mL per day for 15 days. The control group was treated with Danshen Injection in a dose of 10mL per day for 15 days. Results: The total effective rates were 82.89% for the therapy group and 85.71% for the control group. There was no significant difference in curative effect between two groups by Ridit analysis (P>0.05). Two groups' blood rheology indexes showed significant changes (P>0.05 or P>0.01). No significant difference existed in two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Honghua Injection has significant effect on ischemic cardio-cerebral angiopathy.
