Determination of Protocatechuic Aldehyde in Tongmailing Tablet by HPLC

目的:制订通脉灵片的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,样品用乙醇稀释,在C18柱上以甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(5∶95)为流动相,在波长280nm处检测。结果:在0.0217～0.4336μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.4%,RSD为0.8%。结论:本法灵敏、准确,简便易行,重现性好。

Objective: To establish the determination method of protocatechuic aldehyde in Tongmailing tablet. Methods: Protocatechuic aldehyde was determined by HPLC on C18 column, in Methanol-0.05% Phosphoric acid (5:95) solution as a mobile phase,detection wavelength is 280nm. Results: The linear range of baicalin was from 0.0217 to 0.4336靏. This method showed a good linear relationship. The average recovery was 98.4% and RSD was 0.8%. Conclusion: The method was simple with strong specificity and good reproducibility and can be used for quality control for Tongmailing tablet.
