冷轧润滑中添加剂对铝板表面质量的影响

Effect of Additives on the Surface Quality in Lubrication for Cold Aluminum Strip

冷轧铝合金时,添加剂常用于提高润滑剂的润滑性能,但也往往对轧后产品表面质量造成不利影响。为此,本文研究了添加剂的种类与含量对轧后表面光亮度(含退火)及轧后表面形貌的影响,并指出:合理地选用添加剂,采用较大的压下率有助于轧后产品表面质量的提高。

Additives are used as increasing the lubricaty of lubricant in cold rollingaluminum strip,but there are negative influence on the surface quality the rolledproducts.This paper therefore studies the effect of the type and content of addi-tive on the reflectivity and toporaphy of the rolled surface,and points out usingthe proper additive and higher reduction can be ensure increasing the surface qu-ality of the rolled products.
