摘要
由聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)、聚碳酸酯(PC)和热塑性弹性体(TPE)组成的三元塑料合金是PBT 基塑料合金的新一代。TPA-39是经过特殊试验方法优化出来的这类三元塑料合金的典型材料。本文研究考察了TPA-59在无润滑条件下的滑动摩擦和磨损特性。试验研究是在销-盘试验机上进行的,摩擦学参数为载荷、滑动速度、滑动行程和配对金属面的粗糙度。试验结果表明,TPA-59的比磨损速率与某些高分子轴承材料的比磨损速率十分接近。
The ternary plastic alloy based on polybutylene terephthalate (PBT),polycarbonate (PC) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) is a new generation of thePBT-based plastic alloy.The TPA-59 is a representative plastic alloy for PBT/PC/TPE ternary polymer alloys optimized with the special experimental design.The Performances of the sliding friction and wear of the TPA-59 under unlubri-cared condition have been investigated.The experiments were carried out with pin-on-disc tribometer under different tribological parameter:loads,sliding velocities,sliding distances and surface roughnesses of counter-part.It was found that thewear rate of TPA-59 is similar to that of some polymer bearing materials.
